Lead the executive leadership team for the Commercial Bank,  Business Bank and Professional and Executive Branch Based Bank.Manage the P&L and oversee the operations of the bank. Actively lead and manage a sales team to include defining expectations, inspecting pipelining activities and participating in calling efforts with the team to drive success. Developed the design and structure of the teams within the Healthcare Industries Group for the Business Banking across the Western United States. Lead the Regional Managers, Business Development Managers, Market Development Consultants, Regional Finance Managers, and Regional Closing Managers. Direct all aspects, including business development, sales, documentation, process flow and funding.

Lead an Executive Team across the Greater Northern California Market, responsible for integrating all of the bank’s businesses to provide comprehensive community service and for developing and implementing strategies to utilize the bank’s resources to serve the local community. The lines of business under my leadership included Merrill Lynch, Bank of America Home Loans, Global Commercial Banking, Bank at Work, Merchant Services, Reverse Mortgages, Healthcare and Professional Lending, Insurance, and all third party vendors. Served as the voice of the company both internally and externally. Built pride and sense of teamwork among associates in the market. Championed cross line of business market plan to drive company’s business goals and use of CSR assets, ensuring the market is making the right decisions for our company and our communities.
