• After guiding the successful transition of the IT infrastructure for this newly acquired unit (see below), transitioned back to BoA’s Treasury Services Division to take charge of all aspects of client implementation of healthcare revenue cycle services for clients nationwide (hospitals, physician groups, pharmacies, specialty providers of DME, optical, renal, diabetic, etc.).• Reporting directly to the COO of HealthLogic, served as a senior member of the business and technology leadership team. Developed short-mid-long range strategy to deploy emerging technology, develop and execute automation priorities and incorporate cutting-edge avenues to improve people processes.• Orchestrated all facets of process engineering for a voluminous client fulfillment process. Balanced key stakeholder priorities based on input from clients and BAML Sales, Technology, Operations, and Product Management teams.• Led a team of 12 Technical Implementation Consultants and Client Fulfillment Project Managers that were geographically dispersed. Administered staffing, budgets/expenses, reporting and forecasting for the client implementation function.• Delivered consistent above-goal performance. Received formal recognition from the executive board for the accelerated pace of new client implementations which drove top line FY2015 revenue growth to double the goal.• Key implementation projects included several high-profile organizations (list available) • Regularly partnered with BAML Treasury Product & Sales teams to respond to RFPs from prospective new clients.• Chaired periodic meetings with Product & Technology leadership to negotiate, design and prioritize morphing requirements. • Managed Payer Enrollment process to direct payers and clearing houses (e.g. Change/Emdeon, Allscripts, Availity, PaySpan, RelayHealth, etc).• Managed the biennial Electronic Healthcare Network Accreditation Commission (EHNAC) reaccreditation process.
