Duties and Responsibilities:• Verifies, reviews and revises documents and evidences identified• Liaises with General Manager, supervisees and AU representative for updates and feedback• Ensure full implementation of the licensing and recruitment processes• Ensures that systems are in place and used to guarantee a high quality and consistent service• Facilitate supervision sessions including delegation and performance management• Facilitate team meetings and trainings• Provide technical support in making Case Study Report, Progress Report, Care Map and Case Plan.
