For my networking role​ for the Data Center and 85 Campuses utilizing MPLS and and various internet circuits for VPN tunnels​.* Configure and install Layer 2/3 networking ​gear consisting of Cisco Routers/Switches, HP Routers/Switches, Juniper Routers/switches, Vyatta Routers and Brocade/Foundry switches. Ability to telnet/SSH and console into Switches, Routers, Firewalls and other networking equipment to assist in administration and troubleshooting connectivity issues.*Configure and install SonicWALL Firewalls, Juniper Firewalls, and pfsense Firewalls*Configure and install Xirrus Wi​-​Fi​, Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi an maintain legacy Meru WiFi *Manage MPLS, IPSec VPN connections and firewall rules between multiple sites to the data center.*Solid understanding of troubleshooting and applying the best method to mitigate or escalate a request.*Working knowledge of common TCP/IP protocols and Routing Protocols such as OSPF,BGP,telnet, ssh, ftp, and smtp etc..*Knowledgeable in Shoretel, VMWare​, and Hyper-V virtual networking.*Responsible​ for maintenance planning, service prioritization, day-to-day operations and recommending /implementing change to various ​standards, methodologies and processes.*Willing perform other duties as assigned.

Work in a Hosted VOIP/App, Internet Service Provider Data Center that consists of VMware, Microsoft, Cisco, SonicWall, Dell and APC equipment. Configure, install and maintain Cisco ASA 5500 Series VPN/Firewalls, Cisco 7200 Series Routers, Cisco 6509s switches configured for VSS and various Cisco Network Edge and Branch Routers and Switches at customer sites. Also configure, install and maintain SonicWall appliances and other vendors Firewalls, Routers and Switches. Setup SNMP Monitoring utilizing SolarWinds Orion, Cisco Net Assistance Kiwi Cat Tools for Automatic Config Backup of appliances. Troubleshoot and resolve VOIP, Application programs and various Network related issues for different customers either by phone or at customer business. Install Cisco Wireless Controllers and APs for customer for internal or Guest Network use. Familiar with Cisco Meraki, Cloud computing services and has setup customers that have a need for that kind of Service.
