As CEO, Fred Chandler provides the vision, strategic direction and leadership that guides Cannery Row Companies, LLC. and all of its entities. Fred is deeply involved with client relations and leading business development in an effort to better understand customer focus, trends and needs. Fred spends a lot of time working with the Director of Human Resources and other senior leadership to ensure all companies are following the shared culture of:“Treat our employees with the same level of respect and service we expect our employees to show our customers.”Fred’s career in the construction industry began in January of 2015 after an eleven year career in the commercial, industrial and residential construction marketing, media and data analytics industry. Fred was instrumental in his previous career in developing go to market and business development strategy and execution. During that tenure he developed and led the successful execution of numerous products and services that were aimed towards solving customers growing needs and changing business models. Fred holds an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, also from the University of Maryland, College Park. Fred is a member of CFMA (Construction Financial Management Association) and ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors).
