Fred has personality of entrepreneur and enthusiastic about design and creative industry. Fred is currently work in Innovative Product Department, TCL multimedia as Senior Manager. He is developing new products with business potentials. And he is also leading the team to plan and execute from design to manufacturing. Due to his background, he make plans under the consideration of design, technology, and business. And with a dynamic personality, he also building well connections to others to explore the potential opportunity on business. Fred was founder and director of Isaiah Creative before he join TCL. He lead the company to build a creative focused Apple accessory brand - essential tpe. The brand has been recognized by Asia market. It also named “2011 Best iPhone accessory brand” in HK, and won design awards in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Japan. Previously he was also an event organizer, He held Taiwan's first Industrial designer social networking event - Design T3 in 2005, and also made Taipei the world's 37th Pecha Kucha night host city. Fred was passionate contribute to the design industry in Taiwan. He was inspiring others and linking one to each others to explore more possibility on their self to creative industry. While Fred worked for NOVA design, the largest industrial design agency in Taiwan. Fred worked as a Project manager. He was focus on strategic business development, and design project management. Also Fred was sent to Pentagram Design San Francisco under a "Design Elite Training Program" held by Taiwan Design Center. In Pentagram Fred was helping on design research, UX, brand identity.
