 Company strategic development partnership, managed all HR functions in Shanghai company. As the key member in China headquarters, implemented new HR system in 44 factories in China.  Personal Development: Be the core member of new project in China, mastered and developed the new technology from human resources. Improved, applied, formed and formulated my own human resources R & D capability.

 Established new company departments in new Shanghai factory, ensured the establishment and perfection of human resources allocation and regulations for new company. Established training control program and the passed the audit by TUV. Established recruitment control program, hired almost all staff when the new Shanghai factory built. Established internal promotion system, 10% managers and 50% technicians are hired by internal recruitment. After the reconstruction, organized total 100 hours training in 2 years. Personal Development: Involved in the preparation process of the new factory, become master instead of familiar with each module of the human resources.
