- Responsible for accurate P&L reporting, risk management, and ensuring operational compliance for index swap securities, ETF trading products, and equities.- Actively communicate with Front Office traders and stakeholders to discuss ledger reconciliation and P&L strategies, i.e., new trading details, market moves, funding/interest payments, and trade break resolutions. - Investigate and resolve daily front/back office P&L differences by validating swap and hedge position/shares, close vs execution prices, market values, and confirm each active swap security is hedged and recorded properly.- Execute the month end close process and account ownership by producing product price testing results, validating inventory, and reconciling the ledger and balance sheet for each index swap department. - Supervise and manage junior controllers that analyze the equity flow business by ensuring the daily and month end P&L reporting is complete in accordance with product control guidelines and all deadlines are met for all department books of business.- Work with the new business product group to evaluate and integrate new products and businesses into our financial environment
