As VP of Corporate Development with TRW, Clarke was responsible for automotive strategy and planning, as well as divesting more than 20 business units. As the VP and GM of a multinational advanced technology equipment and product manufacturing division of TRW, he was also responsible for global business operations, including planning and capital budgets.
