Current Following is a partial list of the duties and responsibilities performed for this manufacturer of Commercial and military vehicles. (Hummer H2 and HMMWV). Ensured daily operations of all manufacturing and facility systems. Directed and trained workers to install, maintain and repair electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures. Planned layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes. Was instrumental in maintaining the robotic welding cells. Maintained current electrician's license and identification card to meet governmental regulations. Trained and managed three helpers and achieved significant improvements in their productivity. Tested electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system. Trained other skilled trades in current safety procedures, vibration analysis equipment and IR equipment. Installed ground leads and connected power cables to equipment, such as motors.
