I have diverse experience as a project manager representing private developers and government and institutional clients on site development, subdivision development, municipal roadways, facility management and structural design projects. My experience includes staff positions with industrial and government agencies as well as private consultants, giving me firsthand experience of my client’s needs and a full understanding of a project’s life cycle beginning with identification of a need, feasibility analysis, budget development, funding and project execution. It is my role to add value to my client’s project and to the community where the project is located at every step of the process. My greatest satisfaction in my job comes from utilizing my skills and efforts to maximize the value of my client’s properties, and, to solve unique and challenging problems in a cost efficient manner. I have a combination of practical field, design, and project management experience on various projects. As a Project Manager, I’ve been responsible for client coordination, scheduling, cost control, and QA/QC. I’ve represented clients at planning meetings, public hearings and municipal meetings to advocate for the client’s interests through project approval, permitting and implementation. I’ve completed projects throughout the state of Illinois, and have site and subdivision development experience in various communities throughout central Illinois. My clients have included state, county, municipal and private non-profit and for-profit clients, working for owners and in partnership with prime engineer and architect consultants.
