Crosby Mead Benton & Associates was founded in 1987 to serve the Southern California marketplace with planning, civil engineering, and surveying services to clients involved in real estate development. Over the years, we served a diverse portfolio of clients and projects including residential master plan communities, suburban subdivisions, urban mixed use, commercial and retail, hotels, K through 12 schools and universities, Fortune 500 corporate campuses, motion picture studios, as well as industrial and institutional projects. Crosby Mead Benton was sold to the Keith Companies in 2000 and operated as a subsidiary to the Keith Companies until the merger with Stantec in 2005. Prior to 1987, worked as the Vice President of Planning for VTN starting in 1980.
