I have been a licensed Real Estate Professional since 2006. I have worked at Prudential Alliance Realty, Coldwell Banker Gundaker Realty and ,presently, at Real Living Gateway Realty. I have attained many years experience in matters of Real Estate, through my knowledge of new homes construction and rehabbing. As a General Contractor, I have constructed and rehabbed homes in St Louis city, St Louis County, Gasconade, Franklin and Phelps counties since 1974, and have gained much knowledge and hands on expertise in building custom homes from ground up. My background as a police detective, gave me knowledge and insight into marketing aspects of various neighborhoods throughout the greater St Louis area and surrounding counties. Honesty and Integrity with buyers, suppliers and venders have been the key to success in home sales.
