About Fred Dulin

I have recently made the move to my next phase of life and have taken my retirement from Eastman. No immediate plans to return to the workforce. You'll likely find me in the outdoors. Although in no rush to settle into anything, I hope to find ways to give back to our community (local and/or global).My professional & personal experiences varied widely, but I have been most passionate about developing commercial organizations that can leverage a deep understanding of their customers’ businesses to enable mutual success. I have held numerous sales leadership positions over my career. This included serving as Eastman’s first Director of Strategic Sales, where I led development of the corporation’s Strategic Accounts Program and championed a focused effort on sales personnel development and coaching. Most recently, I lead Eastman's sales excellence effort. Of everything I did, what I have found to be most gratifying is nurturing the development of talented individuals & teams to reach their full potential.
