I provided the overall administrative and technical oversight to staff engaged in program analysis, budget formulation and execution, procurement and property management, IT support, and Human Resource issues. I was responsible for the overall oversight, implementation and management of the IT program, all HR-related activities, acquisitions grants management and long-term strategic efforts. I provided administrative and technical supervision for the administrative team, and advice and instruction to agency personnel. I oversaw the development, presentation and execution for the regional budget, and applied forecasting models to appropriately request additional funds (when needed). I advise the Regional Director on all administrative, budget, IT, COOP, procurement and HR matters relating to the regional office. I interfaced daily with HQ in Washington, DC and keep lines of communication open between all divisions within the agency.
