Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students seeking information about the nursing college's admissions requirements and procedures via telephone, in person and by email, as well as meet with current students on a daily basis to answer questions and resolve concerns. Conduct campus tours and participate in orientation days. Remain logged in and available on the college phone system throughout each day, accept incoming call flow, conduct outbound call campaigns and perform daily follow-up calls and report scheduling activity. Schedule entrance and placement exams, meet with students after each exam to explain results and discuss options in the case that requirements are not met. Maintain both electronic and paper files of prospective and admitted students. Accept and evaluate submitted admissions documents such as high school diplomas, GED certificates, college diplomas and related transcripts. Responsible for all necessary follow up with students through completion of the necessary admissions steps, from procurement of the entrance exam fee and scheduling the exam, through accepting and evaluating diplomas and transcripts, scheduling placement exams, scheduling financial aid appointments, scheduling orientation sessions, and completion of the necessary background check and payment of application and registration fees.Serve as WIA contact person for the Illinois Workforce Development System. Established procedures for processing WIA clients for Cook County Works, DuPage County Workforce Development and Kankakee Workforce Services. Advise ATS students on how to apply, determine what is needed for each student according to each WIA office and case manager's requirements. Work with ATS financial aid advisors and accounting department to supply the students and case managers with whatever is needed through the procurement of a voucher, resulting in $221,989.16 in vouchers awarded to ATS students from January, 2014 through March, 2015.

Senior Admissions Representative:Managed leads, scheduled interviews over the phone, gave presentations (both individual and group), enrolled and followed up with prospective students. Responsible for all necessary work to ensure a student sat in school.Successfully managed enrollment goals for targeted number of students, ranging from nine to thirteen class starts per year, averaging 15 to 25 students per class between day and night classes. Consistently met targeted goals for over 16 years under two admissions directors and one admissions manager.Developed and maintained relationships and enrolled clients from the following displaced worker programs (including both WIA and TAA): Will and Kankakee counties; Chicago Mayor's Program and Cook County President's Office of Employment Training (now consolidated into Cook County Works).Assisted dislocated workers through the WIA and TAA process, from the initial paperwork leading to voucher procurement, through invoicing, monthly attendance and progress reports, to graduation and employment reporting, to ensure and maintain continuous government referrals.Developed and maintained partnership with United Parcel Service for reverse recruiting, and promoted part-time jobs for students and UPS Earn and Learn tuition assistance program. UPS reverse recruiting provided a continuous source of low-cost enrollments and the Earn and Learn Program helped students afford school who otherwise wouldn't have been able to attend.Senior Financial Aid Representative:Counseled and advised students and parents about financial aid eligibility. Processed students from initial counseling and advising, to entering FAFSA into CPS, completing the verification process, through signing of award letter and TFC (Tuition Financing Corporation) payment plan. Interfaced with students and lenders, employers, donors and guarantee agencies to help obtain funding and resolve issues.

Sold Encyclopaedia Britannica and other Britannica publications in-home, at trade shows, mall kiosks, and state and county fairs both locally and nationwide as member of the Professional Exhibit Team. As District Field Trainer conducted the initial three-day training class and field trained new sales representatives to execute the steps leading to an order and solidifying the sale after the close at both exhibit and in-home presentations.
