Develop and foster a sense of responsibility, excellence, and exceptionalism for all Timberline personnel and clients who utilize or interact with the Timberline North Facility. Responsible for tracking, inventory, distribution, return and, or disposal of all vendor held assets. Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock. Maintain the accuracy of the inventory. Schedule all deliveries and pick-ups for TCI North required by the business. Ensure the accuracy of all orders being shipped out of the North warehouse. Manage the use of the North warehouse by all TCI field crew members, drivers, and associated personnel. While monitoring their work when they are at the North facility and ensuring the safe use of warehouse and fleet equipment. Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve a safe, efficient, clean, neat, and well-organized warehouse. Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with the FF&L manager. Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employee's performance, efficiency, and safety. Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure that all tasks and deliverables are executed in an efficient and timely manner. Maintain knowledge and expertise of all processes, software applications, shipping and receiving requirements of our customers. Fulfill the role of main point of contact for all facilities related matters for the Timberline North location. -
