Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employee's performance, efficiency, and safety. Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure that all tasks and deliverables are executed in an efficient and timely manner. Maintain knowledge and expertise of all processes, software applications, shipping and receiving requirements of our customers. Fulfill the role of main point of contact for all facilities related matters for the Timberline North location.
