Overseeing an agency that includes both corrections and law enforcement personnel. 600 sworn officers. Former Commander of the Passaic County Special Weapons Team. Senior firearms instructor and New Jersey Police Training Commission State Range-master.

In charge of the Court Security Division in the Passaic County Superior Courthouse complex located in Paterson, NJ. The command included one lieutenant, four sergeants and one hundred officers. The daily population of the complex included over 4,000 people daily

Supervised the daily running of a Police Academy training Police, Sheriff's, Corrections and Auxiliary Police Officers as well as law enforcement in-service training. Responsible for training and scheduling all aspects of the academy.Previously: January 1994 through April 2005, Assistant Commander of the Criminal Investigation Division; Detective, Patrol Officer, Officer assigned to the Court Security Division.Member of the Sheriff's Emergency Response Team Tactical Unit.
