As the administrative manager I am responsible for the administrative operations of a $25 million dollar facility in Loveland, Colorado. I was responsible for increasing comparative sales by 6% and reducing controllable expenses .86% below budget, and NBT at 230%. For increasing sales I spent time with associates and work with them to increase their selling skills and to sell the whole project and add on sales. I have reduced expenses by controlling payroll, reducing store supply expenses, by proper training of the front end and floor associates in providing excellent customer service has reduce shrink by 8% and by promoting a safe work environment that has reduced workman comp claims.

Influenced new ideas and instruction techniques to the manufacturing and transportation labs, optimizing the space and equipment in the lab increasing education opportunities for the students.
