From 1982 to 2008, I was the Service Manager for both main office and branch offices of a pest control company, as well as the Chief Pest Control Technician servicing my own customer route. Trained, coached, and supervised technicians, assisted them on difficult assignments as needed, kept track of materials, ensured equipment functioned properly, managed product inventory, and assigned routes for the technicians. Resolved logistical issues with technicians’ routes. Investigated, resolved and responded to all customer service matters to support retention. Promoted business to grow customer base and profitability of the company. From 1978 to 1982, I was a Pest Control Technician responsible for identifying, selecting, mixing, and applying chemical or manual solutions to get rid of pests. Identified pest problem and appropriate solution, applied chemical or trap, and removed dead rodents.
