During that time the company was parked while I worked as an employee of KSJ and Associates (Sep 2010 - April 2011) and CSC (June 2011 - September 2013). My experiences include being Solution Architect/Principal Systems Engineer contracted through USI/Integic April 1999 - July 2004, Senior Systems Engineer/Architect/Senior Technical Consultant contracted through SAIC supporting TIMPO (Mr Wayne Speaks) on sustainment. Primarily used as SME for AHLTA, problem resolution for AHLTA, and CDR Stabilization.

F3Tech has held subcontracts under Integic, SAIC, and KSJ supporting the MHS and specifically AHLTA and clinical systems. I became associated with AHLTA in its inception as CHCS II. I was responsible for the original affordable and workable VPN solution for worldwide deployment which later evolved into the VPN mesh that supports AHLTA and the MHS today. After that I became responsible for all external dependencies required to support AHLTA in its original worldwide deployment including understanding all data flows and insuring they all worked effectively and were changed as necessary. I was recognized as an AHLTA subject matter expert and supported Mr. Wayne Speaks as such. Wayne detailed me to many efforts over the years to find solutions to recognized problems and to support and help lead most solution teams solving AHLTA problems as they surfaced. Additionally, I was loaned by Mr. Speaks to other program offices as needed to help make appropriate talent available over the years. F3Tech has been parked for the most part since June 2011. However, it is still available if and when needed.
