I develop operational Cyber Defense Response Plans by performing intelligence analysis on threats and their TTPs against NATO and Italian military networks. I produce Cyber Intelligence Situational Awareness Reports to subordinate and corporate headquarters for the purpose of integrating actions into operational cycles.

Senior IT Manager for US Army Signal Corps 8,000 enlisted employees. I was responsible for ensuring proper force structure, professional development, acquisition, training, force distrubtion, deployment, sustainment and separation of Active Duty Signal Regiment employees. I prepared executive reports and staff actions on the behalf of the chief US Army Signal Officer to other senior Department of the Army organizations. Some of my projects included developing the Cyber Defense and Operations force structure for Army organizations, establishing internships opportunities for US Army IT professionals and working with the Army Research Institute to create the first cognitive and non-cognitive tests for US Army Cyber professionals.

Program Manager and Computer Network Defense Operations for the US Army NETCOM National Capital Region: Responsible for ensuring certification and accrediation compliance for US Army circuits across all operational theaters through coordination with major Army commands and Department of the Army staff agencies. I ensured all NETCOM systems and circuits were registered within the Army Portfolio Managment Solution (APMS) and meet federal compliance requirements. Some of my high level priorities were the DA Inspector General Information Assurance (DAIG-IA) Inspection program, DA CIO/G6 Certification policy for IT professionals, Authority to Operate (ATO) process and creating the NETCOM IA Standards of Operations (SOP) document.

Served as a Senior IT Analyst for the 93rd Signal Brigade. As one of the Level III Analysts of a 11 person team, I was responsible for ensuring IT operations and services for 12 Brigade Combat Teams (BCT), 48 Network Enterprise Centers (NEC) and 2 Regional Data Centers.
