I started my profesional career as early as 19 years old as an Indonesian government official for 12 years then switched to development worker for more then 12 years then worked as a banker for 2 years. The program is designed to improve people’s access to public services (health, education, legal, administration, and financial), to employment opportunities, and to participation in broader community processes. PNPM Peduli is also expected to improve social relations between marginalized people and broader community members, as well as to improve social inclusion policies and regulations issued by the national and local governments.PNPM Peduli will support social inclusion for marginalized people in six specific sub-populations over the next 2.5 years, namely: (1) Vulnerable children/youth; (2) Traditional people, indigenous people in remote areas, and forest-dependent people; (3) Religious minorities; (4) Victims of gross human rights abuses in 1965 and 1998; (5) People living with disabilities; (6) Waria. The managing partner is The Asia Foundation (TAF) which will achieve its objective by working directly with a team of six (6) Executing Organizations (EOs)—one per sub-population—and about 70 civil society organizations (CSOs) that will receive grants from EOs to conduct their work promoting social inclusion.The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialist is part of The Asia Foundation’s team managing support to civil society organizations (CSOs) under PNPM Peduli. This is a two-year management position coordinating positive impacts on some of Indonesia’s most challenging development issues. The Specialist is working within The Asia Foundation.
