The Canadian Vitality Pathway (CVP) is an industry agnostic, non-partisan, non-government proposal to create a ribbon of economic pathways for future trade and conveyance through multi-modal threads from coast to coast to coast, transporting multiple forms of lower-carbon energy, products, people and information. The CVP will establish land agreements and rights-of-way to enable entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs from every part of Canada to build long-term projects, partnerships and markets, both domestically and for export. It will serve emerging needs for multi-directional flow of electricity, hydrogen, carbon-dioxide, gas and upgraded/lower-carbon refined products.
