I've loved the continuing education industry since the mid 1970’s when I started my career as an educator in real estate and served as a national speaker for the National Association of Realtors (NAR). As an educator, I became involved in Community Association Manager (CAM) education even before the law was adopted by the state of Florida in 1988. As a licensed general contractor with the state of Florida, I've also been offering continuing education for contractors since this law was adopted by the state in 1994. When I'm not teaching, I love to play a game of golf with my wife, Suzanne, and take a walk with my golden-doodle, Harry.

During the past 24 years, we have published numerous courses and manuals. We’ve educated thousands of Florida’s Community Association Managers and have earned the title as the profession’s leading provider of CAM materials and information.Gray systems also provides pre-licensure education programs for the community association management profession. We were the first to do this in the state of Florida, beginning in 1988 and have been the most successful since then. We continue to make sure our students pass the state exam and are successful in their endeavors to become a community association manager. Our president, Fred gray, participated in the development of the original programs for the pre-licensure course and has remained the leading expert in community Association manager training in the state of Florida.
