Lead and manage a team of engineers delivering infrastructure solutions across 150+ sites and 50K+ users in the US. Analyzed and improved network availability, performance, and reliability by working with telecom circuit vendors and local office staff at over 300 global office locations. Managed and executed project plan to implement standards and new infrastructure using Cisco routers and Foundry FastIron switches during office expansions, consolidations and moves. Installed and configured Cisco routers for site-to-site VPN to Asia Pacific remote offices and provide corporate network access to third party vendors. Implemented and supported the roll-out of dual vendor BGP connections and ShoreTel VoIP phone infrastructure to 150 remote offices in North America.

Provided strategic network support for internal customers of a multibillion-dollar global company. Directed and facilitated 12 regional IT staff members to maintain daily operations of the corporate network for 30 regional offices. Designed and implemented Cisco switches and routers for T1 circuit connections to large office sites and NetScreen VPNs for remote offices. Optimized network performance of the OC3 backbone and T1 circuits of regional sites to reduce operational downtime and costs, and improve bandwidth throughput and reliability for large file transfers, software development, and streaming media
