Team lead for Middleware Technology Support. Primary responsibilities include architecture design for internet and intranet applications, LTM configuration and management, and troubleshooting and support of applications and their architecture. Closed zero day vulnerabilities through LTM and Middleware configurations resulting in secured applications and infrastructure. Proposed and implemented protocol and cipher configurations for all company exposed sites resulting in A+ rating by security scans. Investigates and identifies issues across different areas of the company including database, network, middleware, and application resulting in increased availability metrics.

Support for Middleware application infrastructure including JVM and application server configurations, heap and connection pool analysis and configuration, troubleshooting of server and application logs.On call duties performed to assist in different tiers and technologies of application support including AD, database, messaging queues, networking, and hardware. Led project to migrate from WebSphere Application Server and AJP plugins to Microsoft ARR resulting in more consistent and manageable configurations. Also led re-architecture of site traffic flow to enable finer tuning of load balancing and more accurate monitoring of server availability.
