As of late 2023 interlocking Board member of Canadian Nuclear Labatory and CNEA. Also founding member of Washington VERTical Board. July 2024 thru September 2024 Fluor's transition manager on the TOS II Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC) $3B+ contract. Closed out the Fluor Idaho Idaho Cleanup Project contract with DOE in 2 years (2022-2023). As of November 2022, assigned as the Fluor Project Director to set up and manage the fusion engineering project with Longview Fusion Energy Systems (LFES). This project will entail the engineering and design of LFES' fusion market entry plant. A contract was signed in March 2024 where Fluor will be responsible for delivering a conceptual design to be completed over the next 18-24 months followed by preliminary and detailed design activities. This will include interfacing with the fusion engine developers/designers, designing the interfaces, and developing the plant design for the entire facility.

My responsibilities include directing all operations of 2000 employees and contractors ensuring operations are compliant, safe and efficiently conducted.

Provide direction to 450 employees providing site maintenance and infrastructure services to 3 site contractors. Provide leadership in the D&D of site buildings including the coal generated steam plant. Manage all infrastructure and facility modification projects and provide all site work planning and control services for FBP.

Responsible for all aspects of delivering two AP1000 reactor plants to VC Summer under an Engineering, Procurement and Construction contract. Includes leading a consortium of Shaw and Westinghouse in the performance of this contract.

Directed the construction of two AP1000 nuclear power plants valued at $6B. Headed up a consortium of Shaw and Westinghouse which included overseeing 20 direct employees and a project team of 200 people. Interfaced directly with SCANA including providing updates to the South Carolina regulatory agencies.

Responsible for all contract deliverables and operations at 3 DOE sites including Hanford and Nevada. Member of Board of Directors for joint venture between Stoller and Navarro providing environmental services to the Nevada Test Site.

Responsible for all aspects of facility operations and maintenance at a 166 acre radioactive waste disposal, handling, storage and characterization facility. Responsible for $40M in budget and 220 employees including represented employees.
