Responsible for diagnosing and solving all FIX, API and front end trading platform connectivity issues for NFI users. Create and maintain all NFI API, GUI and FIX users in both the production and Beta environments. Managed the Execution and Clearing Client Implementation Group. Team was primarily charged with ensuring that on-boarding and project management processes, for all new client relationships, were seamless, thorough, accurate and transparent. Supervised all electronic trading entitlement maintenance for existing client IDs including evaluation of additional trading functionality, market routing capabilities, and post trade allocation needs.Identified and evaluated risks for complex onboarding projects by analyzing each process and proposing and implementing upfront manual and systematic controls and surveillance tools. Active participant in inter-departmental meetings, focused on enhancing the spotlight on client needs, product offerings, and business unit goals and direction. Lead a working group to create a standard global model across the firm’s implementation teams in London, and throughout Asia and the U.S. Led weekly meetings with the Global Sales Force and Coverage Desks to provide transparency for all client projects and ensure timely completion. Worked with firm-wide Project and Development teams to ensure smooth start-up of new electronic routing capabilities. Managed the Execution and Clearing Sales Coverage Desk for GSS Prime Brokerage clients (with offices in NYC and San Francisco). Responsible for the hiring, training, mentoring, supervision and delivering performance reviews.Pro-actively coordinated with clients, in coverage, sales and client relations. Trained clients on all REDI+ and TradeFactory electronic platform products. Active participant with product testing to ensure a very high level of functionality and usability, and to ensure the quality of future releases.
