Appropriately empower my staff to fulfill both the Engineering role and Operations role on leading server security products. This includes the design of the infrastructure and the service creation with SLAs and reporting metrics.

I was tasked with modernizing the entire infrastructure of the bank. I built a new data center, created a Windows server environment, implemented a newer technology by creating an active directory domain and installed/configured all network switching and routers to 48 branch locations over 4 states and the headquarters. I created a patch management solution, anti-virus implementation and backup routine including daily offsite rotation. I ran all hardware and software purchasing for servers, printers, pcs and peripherals. I managed all vendor relationships for purchasing and maintenance at all branches and headquarters including the phone system, ATMs and data telecommunications.
