A native of western PA and graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I broke into the IT field in the late 1990s surviving Y2K and going on to grow and advance for over two decades. Initially a self-taught engineer building and modernizing a mid-sized bank’s infrastructure then moving on to a major player in the financial community. While progressing at BNY Mellon I have successfully built new service offerings and 3 new teams from the ground up. I am currently managing a cyber security team concentrated on file integrity monitoring and data governance.I like to emphasize customer service, adherence to policy, organization, excellence in performance and team collaboration with personal accountability.

I built a new data center, created a Windows server environment, implemented a newer technology by creating an active directory domain and installed/configured all network switching and routers to 48 branch locations over 4 states and the headquarters. I ran all hardware and software purchasing for servers, printers, pcs and peripherals.
