Based out of Columbia, SC, I worked business development opportunities for nuclear chemical processes in Japan and the US. These led to the first DOE-EM prime contract for Westinghouse in two decades. Additionally, I managed the business development project and technical areas that became a significant uranium recovery contract with the UK.

- Led union workforce for five simultaneous active ingredient operations. Provided streamlining and process improvement recommendations. - Maintained all cGMP requirements for active ingredients – omeprazole, simvastatin, crixavan, etc. – including quality assurance, packaging and labeling requirements, traceability, and operator qualifications.

- Led process engineering improvements for large VCM facility – oversaw distillation tower tray replacement and startup. Oversaw startup of new liquid reactor system. Managed ethylene, chlorine and oxygen systems and all PSM / RMP change management for the facility. - Oversaw startup of super-critical CO2 methanol reactor and improvements to syn-gas reformers. Improved methanol Aspen modeling.
