An accomplished administrator with over 20 years experiences in training & development, community & economic development activities, educational and social services programs. I have a wealth of knowledge in the industries of grant administration, workforce development, quality assurance, compliance, teaching and mentoring. I collaborate with groups from public-private entities, non-profit, higher-learning institutions, and grass-root organizations within urban, suburban, rural and tribal communities to include the federal government, state agencies and local level organizations. I have the gratitude in knowing that I was a catalyst in developing and supervising a federal pilot program, Youth Opportunity Center, designed specifically to serve Out-of-School Youth. I also take pride in volunteering as a mentor and advisor to young men ages 12 – 18 with my fraternity Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. I also had the privilege of presenting as a workshop facilitator on Professional Development and Employability Skills at the National Association Advancement Colored People (NAACP) at their National Convention.
