1. Process and fulfill sourcing requirement from customers globally. Hold accountability of the categories for the customers and the revenue assigned for the categories. Set strategy and execute the projects for the responsible indirect categories.2. Develop and qualify suppliers with competitive global solutions/products. Lead negotiation with suppliers to meet company strategic goals of revenue growth and cost saving.3. Fulfill orders placed by the customer. Work interactively with the support team to ensure excellent delivery to the customers. Follow up and resolve product issues and customer complaints.4. Continuously review the performance of the suppliers and drive improvement on customer satisfaction.
