Led multiple certification events for NECC and PACFLT Echelon IV, and V staffs preparing for operational and humanitarian deployments.3rd Fleet Co-Working group lead for RIMPAC 16 Humanitarian Aid and Disaster Relief (HADR) and Naval Expeditionary Force participation, consolidated country and unit objectives and coordinated training areas.Developed and executed the first HADR scenario in a Pacific Partnership NIEX, enabled direct integration between humanitarian agencies and military units to ensure the PP15 mission commander and staff were prepared for HADR contingencies during the deployment.Spearheaded the creation of the NECC FDNF CTF RESPORG. In coordination with NECC and CTF-75, developed a CTF training plan, set individual training and personnel requirements which allowed FDNF CTFs to report readiness as well as codify readiness training requirements for budgetary purposes.Lead for the first CTF-75 certification event in Exercise UFG 15. Provided concise valuable mentorship at the operational level; key to CTF-75’s successful integration of NECC forces into this strategic PACOM exercise. Managed the long-range training schedule for NECC Pacific Fleet CONUS and FDNF Echelon IV and V Commands advanced training and certification events.

Planned and managed five EOD Ech V administrative assessments and four Final Battle Problems as the EODGRU ONE assessment officer. Created five new EOD Platoon NTAs and managed the revision of EOD Force sub-events and resource packages during two Naval Expeditionary Combat Command NMETL reviews.Managed EODGRU ONE RCRP Training pillar for Echelon IV and subordinate units.Developed and implemented a standardized FEP scenario for EODMU deploying staffs, challenging Commands with layered operational, tactical and administrative scenarios above those expected on deployment. Led CTF 171 white cell and certification team for RIMPAC 14, coordinated training sites, developed and integrated the EOD and Diving MSEL into the RIMPAC scenario and managed the execution of EODMU THREE certification event.Developed a custom training plan for interim CTF-75 staff within a condensed time frame, providing C7F with increased expeditionary capability.

Developed and managed the conduct of a mission specific work-up and certification cycle for five multinational EOD teams assigned to CJTF 663 for Operation Render Safe in Rabaul Papua New Guinea. The operation safely disposed of 2087 WWII explosive remnants of war.Developed the plan and drafted the doctrine for the implementation and execution of the Australian Defence Force Joint Service EOD requalification process for the Royal Australian Navy.Revised and presented IED threat and awareness briefings for the crews of Royal Australian Navy ships deploying in support of counter piracy operations.Led EOD White Cell for numerous Australian and multinational exercises such as RIMPAC and Talisman Sabre.
