I have been a commercial real estate broker for over 40 years, specializing in tenant and owner representation, and have participated in the sale or leasing of more than 17,000,000 square feet of warehousing, manufacturing, and office facilities in New Jersey as well as on a national level. I represented Liz Claiborne in obtaining over 1,000,000 square feet of distribution and office space and other large corporate clients include Coca Cola, Gift Box Corp., Park Avenue Motors (BMW and Acura), Pergament Properties, Learning Express, AMB Property Trust, Ecce Panis and Tribeca Bread, Rainforest, and Pepsi Cola Corp.I have also been involved in various real estate organizations including IOREBA, and was a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) a prestigious national real estate organization, for 15 years and served as Vice President.I am a graduate of Lehigh University and hold Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration.
