– Manage and develop all construction activities/ team of construction Professionals in Pi-moff work site/project. --Lead in the preparation of construction schedules, setting milestones and schedules and monitor progress against established milestones and schedules-- Lead in the review of detailed Construction Work Packages (CWPs) and Field Installation Packages (FIPs) to ensure completeness of information and adequate integration with engineering, procurement and construction.-- Implement and execute quality control programs. Oversee and ensure construction safety during all construction phases

- Management of Personnel and Equipment & Material available to carry out the contracted work and coordinating the logistic activities necessary to support the smooth running of the EGTL Project● Assists the Project Manager on business administration requirements of the project and supervise Sub-contractors compliance with the Project Contracts and also manage team of project control personnel, including Planning Engineers, Cost Control Engineers and Contract Engineers. ● Coordinates the following ; scheduling, estimating, cost control, material control, change control, quality control, progress control and reporting, project accounting and administration activities involved in the project●Ensures job are Performed safely in accordance with all Project Health, safety and environmental (HSE) laws, rules, regulations and requirements.

- Responsible for Monitoring of quality-related activities of the project and their documentation.● Preparation of the project QA plan in connection with the project manager.● Verify that the quality related activities are in accordance with applicable codes specification and regulation.● Ensures that records are updated and distribution of documents and information that is procedures, plans, reports and certificates.● Identify any deficiency, promote corrective action and verify that contract quality requirement are communicated to vendors and sub- contractors.● Ensure the surveillance of sub-contractor's works.● Ensure that measures are taken in order to identify and prevent. acceptance of defective materials.

- Planning Maintenance Schedule and supervising Repair and Maintenance of plants /Equipment. Such as House/Tug Boats, Compressors, Engines / Pump, Generating set and Hydraulic Cranes. ● Planning And Control of Marine Activities ● Contract evaluation and execution● Design and Construction of Barges and Pontoons● Corrosion Control of Floating Plants.● Supervision of Sand/Grat Blasting And Painting.● Ensures Marine Equipment are Certified by third party.● Developing and implementing procedures and general job supervision. ● Assist procurement Department with clarification and spare part Analysis.● Responsible for the technical bid evaluation, technical clarification, inspection during fabrication, performance testing at vendor location, supervision of site installation, testing and commissioning of rotating equipment relating to floating plant
