As a Branch Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to use your love of working with people and sharing product knowledge to play a vital role in Capital One customers’ banking experience. Branch Ambassadors also perform a wide variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to established operational policies and procedures. Equally important is the ability to resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

As Lead Teller at Capital One Bank, my duties and responsibilities consisted of performing routine bank telling tasks, including making deposits, withdrawals, transfers, processing cash advances, receiving and posting credit card and auto loan payments, and basic check cashing, and provide Teller Team support including team leadership, development, training, scheduling, and work assignments to active tellers at the branch.

As a Teller at Capital One Bank, which is the lowest entry level position at Capital One Bank, my duties and responsibilities included performing routine bank telling tasks, including making deposits, withdrawals, transfers, processing cash advances, receiving loan payments, and basic check cashing.

As a regional recruiter, my duties and responsibilities included working at two different properties owned and operated by Churchill Downs as a recruiter for Riverwalk Casino, located in Vicksburg, MS, and Harlow’s Casino, located in Greenville, MS. In addition, the regional recruiter position also consisted of interviewing, hiring, drug screening, and selecting potential candidates to fill open positions at each property, conducting PAF forms, employee orientation, and organizing and attending HR meeting and seminars.
