Mr. Miehl, the Principal consultant of this firm began his security industry experience in 1973 and has served in a number of responsible positions ever since. He has completed over 150 consulting and design projects in the last 14 years with Aggleton & Associates. As the Principal Consultant for Miehl Security Consulting, LLC (MSC) he is responsible for providing Risk & Threat Assessments, developing Security Master Plans and design and support implementation of security systems for the MSC clients. His project experience has covered a broad range of industries and building environments – high and low-rise buildings, campuses, and data centers and architecturally significant and architecturally challenged. He specialized in the area of institutions of higher learning and healthcare, research facilities and data centers.Fred is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and is a member of the IAHSS (International Association for Healthcare Security & Safety). He is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security, and a past member of its Standing Council for Banking and Finance; he is also a member and former board member of the International Association of Professional Security Consultants (IAPSC). He has authored a number of articles on various security related issues for both trade publications and general media and delivered seminars on security related topics.

As Vice President, was responsible for contributing to the management and business development efforts of the company. As a Senior Consultant completed over 150 consulting and design projects in the last 14 years with the company. Was successful in developing potential national accounts such as American Express, IBM and Citicorp. Increased commercial industry awareness of Diebold products and services through networking and business development efforts with contractors, consultant engineers and architects.

Directed and participated in a myriad of consulting and engineering services the extend of which were defined by client-needs. Provided Security Master Planning to major clients, a process which is designed to generate a living document that acts as a basis for an overall decision process in the security, loss prevention and life safety areas. Developed and implemented systems in the design/build environment with constraints requiring a single source solution.

As Group Director, responsible for the management and operation of a security consulting/engineering design group, including business development. As Senior Consultant, responsible for the development of comprehensive asset protection programs which included operational, procedural, manpower and system design and implementation considerations.

During his 17 years with Mosler, Fred held numerous positions including Electronic Field Service Technician, Electronic Security System Project Manager, Security System Sales Support Specialist and as a System Sales Engineer was responsible for selling over eight million dollars of integrated security systems during a four and a half year period (1985-1989).
