As a Master Trainer at Optimisation Hub, I deliver high-quality training and coaching programs to help individuals and organizations achieve their personal and professional goals. I have a Sports Coaching Microcredential from Deakin University, which equips me with the latest knowledge and skills in sports science, psychology, and pedagogy. I have been a Master Trainer for over a year and a half, and I have worked with clients from various sectors, such as education, health, and hospitality.I am also a Rugby Coach at Qatar Rugby Federation, where I have been leading the development and growth of rugby in the country for over five years. I have a Level 3 Coaching Certification from World Rugby, as well as a High Performance Coaching Certificate and a MasterClass Certificate from the International Rugby Academy of New Zealand. I have coached various teams, including the national women's team, the U16 boys' team, and the Gai Wu Rugby Club in Hong Kong. My mission is to build awareness and foster talent for grassroots rugby, leveraging Qatar's world-class sports facilities and resources.
