-Implement new IT solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity and maintaining/supporting implemented systems to ensure high end-user satisfaction. -Maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting Server Systems and Networks, automated backup and restore operations and mission-critical applications such as email, file/print services and other line of business applications to allow IT respond proactively to emerging problems and perform ongoing IT “housekeeping” functions.-Maintaining Local Area Networks, Wireless networks, Firewalls and other essential network services as appropriate. Assist and perform software installations and upgrades as required.

-Update and installation of software’s on client systems.-Placing service calls to outside vendors to solve complex IT issues.-Troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and replacing hardware components.-Provided complete technical support and guidance to users for all software and hardware.-Providing immediate support solutions whenever possible by the diagnosing and troubleshooting of all MS Office or Windows issues.
