Founded and led the vertical construction division of Tetra Tech, FC, Inc., a Division of Tetra Tech. Projects included, but not limited to: OQYANA World Islands project in Dubai, Fort Benning VMF (Brandly Tank Vehicle Maintenance Facility), Consolidated Drill Sargent Training Facility at Fort Jackson, Dover AFB Air Traffic Control Tower, FBI Biometrics Lab in West Virginia, Renovation of the National War College at Fort McNair, Barracks, HQ's and Dinning Facilities at Fort Gordon, AH-64A Apache helicopter hangers for the Maryland Air National Guard.
