I have also taken the lead on site as a mental health champion, working alongside our mental health first aiders to support inclusion and wellbeing.•Training Delivery & DevelopmentI have developed training briefs and delivered training to new recruits in my recent roles. I have also supported the redeployment of staff and roll out of emergency training during the pandemic to support the business in meeting the huge increase in demand. I have also taken the lead to support the implementation of working from home within the DWP and supported colleagues with technical issues.•Stakeholder CollaborationI have supported several projects throughout my career with DWP including liaising and supporting stakeholder delivery of high profile programs including Restart provision and other ministerial led initiatives. I have drafted and presented Ministerial reports to stakeholders and management teams
