Automation specialist responsible for increasing sales, driving growth, and enhancing the customer experience through integrating autonomous solutions into new and existing facilities. Automation replaces redundant tasks that are currently performed by existing labor while providing customers the opportunity to reallocate that same labor to a more cost-effective task.

- Manage receivables of 350+ lease accounts, totaling ~$5 million revenue- Discuss maintenance repairs and contracts with customers to ensure proper work is completed on time and correctly- Generate and distribute daily maintenance reports to branch and district staff to help maintain and improve company metrics- Actively participated in 2018 business plan for target numbers, using historical data and trends to reinforce recommended goals- 2017 1st place sales winner in District-wide lead generation competition- Manage an office administrative team of 3 while actively promoting teamwork and process improvement- Work directly with District Financial Manager to manage high-risk areas of the business - Specific line items vary depending on business needs- Oversee sale of district owned units from when the units initially go on sale to when they sell- Actively spearhead and delegate support for our rental, lease, maintenance and management teams with any additional insight or help they may need to perform necessary tasks that arise during day-to-day business - Monitor customer accounts and implement process improvement, resulting in measurable results towards the bottom line using long-term strategic thinking to synthesize business solutions

- Managed licensing and permitting for a fleet of truck ranging in roughly 2500 units in size- Responsible for monthly billing for lease customers out of assigned location - while working with team members to reach a common solution that benefits both the customer and business - Responsible for accurate accounting allocation for team members “p-cards” and electronic invoice payment system- Assisted maintenance team with reporting numbers to help them achieve important metrics, which directly affect our service performance

Daily Duties:- Manage and direct a team of 3 "hikers", who executed my daily rental inventory plan across Minnesota and the Dakotas; which consisted of balancing vehicle supply to geographically meet demand between 12 agent locations, 1 captive shops, our district office and branch.- Manage and oversee clients large fleet inventory, most of which are Fortune 500 companies.- Handle inbound and outbound sales process.- Generate new business leads along with fostering existing customer relationships.
