This multi-million dollar program utilized Scaled Agile Framework to organize the development of software, the installation and integration of multiple software packages and business readiness. Managed multiple integration scrum teams supporting API development between mobile, web-based, and legacy systems. This program built out a "Next Generation" platform and development model. State-of-the-art API development and management technologies, DevOps tools and procedures, and NoSQL databases were central to the success of the program. The application was delivered on the new schedule, within budget, and continues to be a cornerstone for the offerings of the Trust department of USBank. -

Responsibilities included project planning, data modeling, technical design, and the development of the extract and load procedures of the massive database. Performed business process re-engineering studies for the corporate transportation group of Cargill. This effort followed a re-engineering methodology which analyzed, recorded, and documented current processes and procedures. Developed a “to-be” business model based upon industry best practices. Presented findings and recommendations to the executive team.Responsible for the procurement functionality of an ERP implementation at a packaging facility of Cargill. Responsibilities included analysis of business processes, training of personnel, implementation of the new software, and data conversion.
