Most recently as a Senior Director, Software Engineering with Optum Technology / United Health Group, I led multiple development teams that successfully delivered critical business functionality as part of the initial development and roll-out of strategic operational software. The application was delivered on the new schedule, within budget, and continues to be a cornerstone for the offerings of the Trust department of USBank.

Responsibilities included project planning, data modeling, technical design, and the development of the extract and load procedures of the massive database. Performed business process re-engineering studies for the corporate transportation group of Cargill. This effort followed a re-engineering methodology which analyzed, recorded, and documented current processes and procedures. Developed a “to-be” business model based upon industry best practices. Presented findings and recommendations to the executive team.Responsible for the procurement functionality of an ERP implementation at a packaging facility of Cargill.
