Having finished another overseas adventure, as Distinguished Prof in Taiwan, and Visiting Scientist at Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing. I joined U of New Mexico in Fall, 2018, and retired in 2021.My firm advises on high tech economic development, higher education, and research policy, at Ministerial levels internationally. www.generalinformatics.com.
