I started my professional career in college with a national homebuilder. I assisted in the sales and marketing department of several large golf course, and waterfront gated communities. The corporate education allowed me to understand the building business, and I felt confident I would succeed in opening my own businesses. My first venture was getting my real estate brokerage license. Shortly after I opened my office Priceless Realty in 2003. We focused on investor land sales and new construction homes. I decided to better help our clients that a finance company would also be beneficial for clients looking to build and needing a mortgage so Fairview Lending Inc was established in 2006 to originate mortgage loans. In 2013 as our real estate market started to recover from the recession and I saw the opportunity to get back into the building industry, so we formed Lauren Homes. I love the opportunity to help clients and investors achieve their goals. I often like to be part of investment builds/developments and I also am an active investor always looking to meet and work with other quality like-minded individuals.
