• Managed the Climatic Wind Tunnel Facility & Department including a staff of 13 engineers, technicians, and operators.• Responsible for testing, operational costs, external sales, establishing all department procedures and processes for handling vehicle level testing, and for set-up and oversight of annual department budget of $3-4 million. • Created external sales plan and funnel that generated annual external testing sales revenue of $1-2 million to supplement internal testing gaps and improve the utilization and financial situation of testing department.• Generated and executed cost reductions which improved department efficiency as well as led capital improvement projects.
