Fred Rainbow is a VP, Education at AFCEA International at AFCEA International. He possess expertise in security clearance, national security, government, dod. Colleagues describe him as "I worked with Fred Rainbow for many years while I was attending the University of Southern California, working in the Pentagon, teaching at the Naval Postgraduate School, and then most importantly during my time at Naval Doctrine Command. Fred is the consummate professional who always did all that he could to encourage fledgling authors and speakers. His support for the Navy and academic freedom were a tough balancing act but Fred made it look easy. Fred was most supportive of Naval Doctrine Command and the re-introduction of the concept of doctrine into the fleet during a time that most personnel on active duty denied that navies had ever had doctrine.
