Managing housekeeping operations for our Torrey Pines, Sorrento valley and Rancho Bernardo facilities and providing support to our other San Diego area facilities. Managed 66 employees on second and third shift at a 432-bed facility. Was responsible for the training, scheduling and administrative support. Increased rounding scores with units responsible for from average to excellent according to rounding tool we employed. Worked closely with house supervisor and unit leads to minimize discharge turn over time while improving quality scores.

Over saw second and third shift staff operations for a 460-bed facility.Responsible for utilization of the tele tracking bed tracking process ensuring quick and efficient turnaround time from patient discharge to room completion.
