I was responsible for managing supply chain operations with strategic and key account customers. I proactively addressed supply disruptions, analyzed customer data to identify improvement areas, and collaborated with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and reliable supply. My responsibilities included creating KPI reports, initiating security of supply programs, providing support to global key accounts and represented the supply chain team in regular business reviews to strengthen customer partnerships and address supply issues.

I was responsible for maintaining daily stock levels of components to support production needs. I collaborated with various teams to implement best practices, resolve shortages and late purchase orders, and ensure accurate master data setup. I also provided support and guidance to other material planners at different Treehouse Foods locations and worked with warehouse teams to maintain proper inventory levels.

I provided training, support, and expertise for SAP implementation projects, including Manufacturing Go Lives, Order to Cash, and APO Rollback. I served as the primary SAP SCP liaison between business and IT teams at multiple plant locations, developed training materials, and provided ongoing support to business users on various SAP modules. I also collaborated with IT/ERP personnel on demand requests and contributed to the success of the APO Rollback project which included 7 Treehouse Foods manufacturing plant locations.

I managed inventory movement between plants and distribution centers for six categories, focusing on customer fill rate. I employed re-deployment tactics to address customer shortages, provided transportation projections, and prioritized product movements. I also maintained master data in SAP systems, coordinated inventory management activities, conducted cost analysis, and played a key role in SAP implementation projects. Additionally, I worked closely with Supply Chain Managers to optimize deployment procedures based on production needs and changes.

I managed customer orders, resolved customer issues in collaboration with the sales and supply chain teams, and worked to achieve optimal fill rates and invoice accuracy. I monitored potential shortages, analyzed inventory needs, coordinated with supply chain planning for new item setup, and managed transportation logistics. Additionally, I oversaw donation and distressed orders.
